Provisioning users to have access to Lumio

Provisioning is not required for teachers using the free plan of Lumio or for those who purchased their own subscription.

Teachers must be provisioned in the SMART Admin Portal to get full access to the Standard or Spark Lumio tiers.

You can provision teachers’ email addresses in the SMART Admin Portal one at a time or by syncing with a supported rostering tool. After their email addresses are provisioned, teachers can sign with their SMART Account credentials to access Lumio from any computer using an internet browser.

If your organization has a Spark subscription, members and their permissions are managed in the SMART Admin Portal as well.
